Susan Grace traces her interest in natural healing and skin care back to early childhood experiences of her grandmother’s garden. It was there she developed a fascination with the medicinal properties of herbs and plants, and that curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion, which has now culminated in the full spectrum of services and products she provides at Suite 300.
Susan’s expertise in the realm of skin care is the result of many years of hands-on experience. At Tenzing Momo, the celebrated herbal apothecary at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, she expanded and developed her working knowledge of the healing properties of herbs and essential oils. At Ummelina Day Spa, she taught classes on the herbal treatment of persistent skin problems such as psoriasis, eczema, acne and varicose veins. From the Euro Institute of Skin Care, she received more training and ultimately her certification as a licensed esthetician. She refined her talent for facials at Spa Noir, and later opened Grace Skin Care at the Eden Healing Arts Center in order to provide custom tailored, individual treatments for each client.
Susan is thrilled to have found the perfect new location in Old Ballard to continue and expand her work. Committed as ever to combining healthy lifestyle, nutrition and a natural approach to modern skin care, she is eager to share her new space with all her clients.
